Allein das Cover ist eine Augenweide. ein verträumt dreinschauendes Mädel, die Arme auf eine Harfe gestützt - das Ganze in einem grauen Grün. Die Single an sich steht dieser jungen Schönheit in nichts nach, sie ist dunkelgrau. Nornar Nagli beginnt hektisch, die gewohnten Bassanschläge gesellen sich hinzu, begleitet von einem fast fanfarenhaften Rhythmus. Die B-Seite Panzergarten ist nicht minder eindrucksvoll: ein graues Liebesfest, das hier besungen wird, spannend und rhythmisch, ohne dabei auf die Tanzfläche zu zielen. A splendid 7". Nornar Nagli is a fusion of the atavistic and the technocratic. Throbbing electronics and bass sway beneath tribal drums. A wood-flute performs a lilting phrase. This is the sound of ancestral Europa calling from beyond time, from primeval swamps to deepest space and into the souls of her progeny. The flip-side delivers Panzergarten. This tune keeps an ancient sounding rhythm, with the addition of an unforgettable bass-line and layered synths. Whistling winds bring to mind a freezing wasteland. Kadmon´s poetic lyrics offer further cerebral sustencance. Images of snow are contrasted with an iron-grey hardness. Ferrous-coloured vinyl. An icy breeze blows through a glistening landscape dotted with the wrecked shells of steel hulks. Kadmon´s softly spoken words "weiss der Schnee" contrast well with his distorted voice in the chorus. questo bel 7" in vinile grigio, con splendida ´olimpica` copertina, segna il ritorno di kadmon e del suo progetto allerseelen che con l´ultimo dei suoi album, stirb und werde, aveva evidenziato una cresciata evolutiva notevole. i due brani odierni la confermano in maniera brillante, in particolare panzergarten con insistiti disturbanti fendenti dall´acre sapore post-punk a distinguersi in un torbido melange dalle tarve tonalita, bissato con paritaria ossessivita anche in nornar nagli.
